1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • All packaging and tags (if applicable) are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. How to Start a Return

If your return is approved:

  • We’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions

  • Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, beverages)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional products

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item using the instructions above

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item
    This ensures the quickest exchange process.

6. International Orders – EU Customers

EU customers can return or cancel their order within 14 days for any reason, in addition to the standard 30-day policy. Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include packaging and proof of purchase

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you about the status of your refund

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear
